Sadness touches us today as we learn of Alecia's passing.  She was our friend and we didn't have the chance to say goodbye.  Her daughter, Ashley is in our prayers.

So sad to hear of Alecia's passing.  It was so good to see her at our girls get together and I know she enjoyed connecting again with old friends.  She is now no longer in pain for which I am thankful.  Prayers to her family.

Sweet Alecia. She is whole once again, free from pain & sorrow. May the Lord wrap His loving arms around her family that they might receive comfort & strength at this most trying time.

My heart is sad hearing this news.  Alecia and I have remained friends since High School and altho we didn't get the opportunity to see each other often, we did try and keep in touch.  I am happy that I got to spend time with her a few years ago during our "girls get together" and wish that I could have done more to help her manage her declining health.  I know she had been in pain for some time - may God welcome her with His open arms and envelope her with love and peace.

Everyone at QOV daily mass dearly misses Alecia's dynamic, sparkling presence.
"Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that when he shall appear, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is."
I JOHN 3:2
Pray for us, dear sister in Christ.

L'isha, you will be missed.  Loved by many, lost the struggle.  Rest in peace. We will remember you kindly.
