Barry Ray Daughtry

Barry Ray Daughtry

1950-2013

Barry honorably and proudly served in the U.S. Navy after graduating from Napa High School. After his discharge, Barry was a pipe fitter at Mare Island Naval Shipyard. His last position before his illness was as a maintenance supervisor at a care home in St. Helena.

Barry enjoyed restoring Chevrolet muscle cars, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.

Barry was preceded in death by his father, mother, and twin brother, Jerry. He is survived by his younger brother, Earl, a sister-in-law, a nephew, and two nieces.

Barry was interred at Tulocay Cemetery in Napa. An informal graveside service was held on June 26, 2013, at 1 p.m. with friends and family in attendance. Memories and words of sympathy may be shared with his family online at TulocayCemetery.org.

How very sorry I am to hear of Barry's passing.   I remember the twins from both Redwood Jr. High and Napa High, the two of them so small they could fit in one locker.  Fond memories will stay with me always.  May you rest in peace until we meet again.
